About Project Management
With my background in graphic design, I have a full understanding of how a creative team operates and what they need to succeed. After years of freelancing, I’ve also obtained invaluable experience in managing projects, budgets, teams, and clients of all kinds. Project Management has taught me so much about being a leader and being a teammate; holding teams together as the glue.
One of my favorite things about being a Project Manager in the creative space is getting to know people and how they work, together and individually, and tailoring the process to their strengths. I’ve had the pleasure of helping teams become more organized, produce better work, and gain confidence!

私のキャリアはグラフィックデザインナーとしてバックグラウンドの経験から、クリエイティブチームが成功するために必要な要素を深く理解しています。フリーランスとしての経験を積み重ねる中で、プロジェクトマネジメント、予算の調整、チーム運営、クライアント対応など、あらゆる場面で貴重なスキルを習得してきました。プロジェクトマネジメントを通じて、リーダーシップの重要性やチームメンバーとしての役割を学び、チームをまとめる「接着剤」としての役割を果たしてきました。
クリエイティブ分野でプロジェクトマネージャーを務める中で、特にやりがいを感じるのは、人々とその働き方を理解し、それぞれの強みを最大限に引き出すプロセスを設計することです。これまで、多くのチームがより組織的に、より質の高い成果物を生み出し、自信を持つ手助けをしてきたことを誇りに思っています。
